Earlier today I mentioned an article about Airlines banning the use of laptop computers running off battery because of explosion and fire hazards. The article only mentioned batteries for Dell and Apple computers which were recalled last month. Recently an IBM (not Lenovo) ThinkPad exploded in a passenger's hands just as he walked onto the Jetway to board his plane at LAX.
